Our approach is designed to ensure the best possible working relationship between all stakeholders. We work with our clients to ensure they make informed decisions and maintain absolute control of their project from inception to completion.


Establishment of Requirements

Working in tandem with other project consultants, we establish a clear project brief by identifying and documenting the Client’s key objectives using any relevant site information, considering design possibilities and end user requirements.


Contractual Documentation

We prepare, manage and administer contractual documentation; for both industry standard or bespoke forms of contracts, raising relevant notices and certifications in line with contract conditions.


Monitoring Progress and Performance

We conduct progress meetings with Contractors, including site visits and inspections. This allows us to assess both the value of works complete and progress against forecast programme, capturing and resolving any early issues delaying the works.


Insurances, Bonds & Warranties

We can advise on the required insurance responsibilities of each party before entering a contract, taking account of any Collateral Warranties and Bonds which may be required.
